🚀SysAid Spaces

Define list dependencies

You can now create a relational list that dynamically shows different values based on the value in the service record you’re viewing.

These are dynamic lists where the available values are based on the selection of a value from a different list.

Additional custom fields are available in Spaces

The following custom fields can be added to Actions Items in Spaces:

  • Multi-select fields

  • Date select fields

  • Date & time select fields

  • Multi-select Relational list
