🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed and the related features are working correctly:

  • Bug #1464: Azure sync doesn't get all of the users assigned to their groups

  • Bug #5294: AI statuses should appear only for accounts with AI License

  • Bug #8052: Requests logged via SSP have the request user set as the process manager

  • Bug # 8203: When Creating a notification for Action owners ($Assigned_to_sub), the custom field value doesn't get saved in the first time

  • Bug #8210: Email rules do not trigger category changes

  • Bug #8434: The due dates are still running even after closing the ticket
