This month, supporting your team in the field just got easier. Leverage the CI Barcode Scanner to scan CIs individually or in bulk. Run all the same AI Agents you use on SysAid desktop on mobile. Easily search and filter assets, and edit assets and CIs straight from the SysAid mobile app.

Import contracts via CSV

Simplify contract setup with the new bulk contract import capability in License Manager Essentials. Admins can now use a CSV template to upload, validate, and create multiple contracts in a single action, eliminating the need to enter each contract manually and speeding up the contracts management activation process.
