This release brings a smarter way to spot shadow SaaS spend, an updated look for SysAid Spaces, and a simple way to keep your top-priority service records on top. Read on for what’s new, what’s improved, and the customer-reported issues we’ve closed since mid-May.

Latest version

25.4.50 b10397

Please note:

All the new features and feature enhancements are for SysAid Spaces.

☀️ New features

Application discovery via browser extension

Most SaaS spend leakage sits in apps IT doesn’t know exist: the AI tools, freemium apps, and departmental purchases that never touch Entra ID. Browser Extension Application Discovery in License Manager Advanced detects every web app opened in Chrome and Edge (142 apps across 10 categories, including AI, BI, CRM, IT/Security, and Productivity), tracks who’s using it and how often, and adds it straight to your License Manager inventory. Personal and common email domains are filtered out to keep the data clean.

Prioritize service records with weight

Add weight to service records to help with prioritization. Click a button to view the Weights column in the Service Desk queue and move the highest-priority service records to the top. In-line editing lets you update weights directly in the queue, and the field is also visible on the Service Record itself, where it can be edited too. Weight changes now appear in the service record history and Journey, and weighted rows highlight automatically whenever the feature is enabled.

The AI Agent Center is available to everyone in your team

Now all the Service Desk team members can explore a centralized catalog of specialized AI agents across areas like security, asset management, access control, and more with the new AI Agent Center. They can easily test capabilities and gain visibility into all AI actions available to them in SysAid.
