Bug Fixes

• Resolved a bug that was causing Service Record hyperlinks in Notification Emails to fail when End Users would attempt to click and open in the Self-Service Portal

• Resolved a bug that was causing LDAP Syncs to result in user data changing to “null”

• Resolved a bug that was causing AI Escalation Rule changes to display “Internal Error” in the Settings > Escalation Rule page

• AI Insights emails are now being sent to subscribers as expected

• Resolved a bug that was preventing the Q&A Set entries from resetting (updating record count) when navigating between pages in Monitor & Fine-tune (different Q&A Set Verification Status filter)

• Resolved a bug that was preventing the “Complete” Status from being triggered if the Action Item underwent two previous Status changes
