    Article summary

    AI Chatbot (End User)

Upload images when chatting with the AI Chatbot

End Users can upload image files during a Chat (via upload or drag and drop), so that the AI Chatbot can extract information from the image and refer to it as context for its responses to the user.

When a Service Record is created from the Chat, uploaded images are added as a Service Record Attachment.

    Note

This feature is available in both the Self-Service Portal AI Chatbot and in AI Chatbot via Microsoft Teams

    Bug Fixes

    • Editing the “Chatbot Name” Field now results in the expected behavior: the AI Chatbot’s Name changes both in the Self-Service Portal Header button and the Service Catalog Tile

    • Resolved a bug that was preventing the “Verified Answers” Dataset from appearing in the Data Pool (despite existing in the client’s database)

    • Routing Rules now applied as expected to Service Records categorized by the “AI Intelligent Categorization Rule”

    • Resolved a bug that was preventing the Q&A Set entries from resetting (updating record count) when navigating between pages (different Q&A Set Verification Status filter)

    ✍️ Self-Service Portal

    Bug Fixes

    • Service Catalog Items created for Service Record Submission (whose Field Type is Link) and set to open in a new browser tab – now open in a new browser tab, as expected

    • Users filling out a submission form in the Self-Service Portal are now directed to the correct (empty yet mandatory) tab when clicking on Submit despite leaving a multi-select list field empty in one of the form’s tabs
