Bug Fix

Resolved a bug that was preventing AI Suggested Categories from working in the Queue;

The expected behavior is now running successfully: the AI runs every ten minutes to identify any relevant Categories for the SR, and indicates such with the 'star indication’ -- for AI Admin selection.
