The following bugs have been fixed, and the related features are working correctly:
Bug # 4853: Automatic notifications are not sent to some of the admins in the Admin Group
Bug # 8015: Users in the CC field are not inserted automatically into new messages in Spaces
Bug # 8326: Admins from different groups can not submit attachments or add notes via the Self-Service Portal
Bug # 9054: Dropdown fields do not change when editing Action Items in SSP
Bug # 9611: Email containing characters that are not in UTF8 won't open a service record in Classic
Bug # 10392: Groups with an ampersand ("&") in their name don't have members listed in service record dropdown
