The Jira integration allows you to sync information between Jira and SysAid to increase collaboration between IT and development teams and improve visibility and efficiency across departments.

🐛Bug Fixes

We’ve squashed pesky bugs to keep things running smoothly! These fixes are all about making your experience faster, easier, and frustration-free—because every detail matters. Thanks for your feedback—it helps us make SysAid even better!

The following bugs have been fixed, and the related features are working correctly:

• Bug # 4853: Automatic notifications are not sent to some of the admins in the Admin Group

• Bug # 8015: Users in the CC field are not inserted automatically into new messages in Spaces

• Bug # 8326: Admins from different groups can not submit attachments or add notes via the Self-Service Portal

• Bug # 9054: Dropdown fields do not change when editing Action Items in SSP

• Bug # 9611: Email containing characters that are not in UTF8 won't open a service record in Classic

• Bug # 10392: Groups with an ampersand ("&") in their name don't have members listed in service record dropdown

• Bug # 10455: Workflow notifications are not sent in specific conditions

• Bug # 11201: Can't filter the ‘Assign to’ field for groups that have underscore ( _ ) in their name

• Bug #11164: Can't preview templates

• Bug # 11256: Jira custom fields do not appear in the service record template in Spaces
