Active Sessions

This page shows you all active My Desktop sessions.

You may select any My Desktop session and click Disconnect to immediately terminate that session.

Disconnect a My Desktop session

Fields in this list include:
Source Host
The hostname or IP address of the machine launching My Desktop.

Target Host
The hostname or IP address of the machine being controlled by My Desktop.

Session ID
This is the internal session ID on the RCG server.

RCG
The computer hosting the SysAid Remote Control Gateway (RCG) being used for the My Desktop session.
