SysAid Cloud is a web-based IT Service Management (ITSM) platform designed to help organizations manage service records, assets, automations, and AI-powered workflows from anywhere. Because SysAid Cloud is delivered entirely through the browser and mobile apps, no local installation is required.
This article outlines the supported web browsers and mobile operating systems needed to ensure the best experience when accessing SysAid Cloud.
Supported web browsers
SysAid Cloud is accessed through a modern web browser. To ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility, we support the latest two versions of the following browsers:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Safari
Microsoft Edge
In addition, SysAid Cloud supports Chromium-based browsers, as long as they are kept up to date. This includes browsers such as Arc, Dia, Comet, and other Chromium-based or AI-powered browsers.
Using the most recent browser versions is strongly recommended to take advantage of new features, performance improvements, and security updates.
Mobile app requirements
SysAid provides mobile apps for both iOS and Android to allow Agents and End Users to manage service records on the go.
The supported operating systems are:

iOS 15.1 or later
Compatible with iPhone devices running supported iOS versions
Android
Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later
