Spaces Experience Enhancements

We aspire to give you the most comfortable and intuitive experience. Here are some updates and features that should make your day-to-day a little easier:

• Set a default Journey filter

🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed, and the related features are working correctly:

• Bug # 8797: ${OperatingTimesTable} tag always shows the default operating times days

• Bug # 9080: Unable to add attachments to templates

• Bug # 9499: Service Record Type filter isn’t saved after refresh

• Bug # 9680: When logging a ticket, after selecting a group, the group members show as “0”, and the page redirects to an error screen

• Bug # 9756: When approving an action item via email, the action item is approved but not completed
