Configure which Fields the AI Chatbot processes from your Service Record Dataset

Specify (select) which Service Record Fields are processed by the AI Chatbot – per each Service Record Dataset in the Data Pool, including one or more of the following Fields:

• Messages

• Notes (external)

• Solution

• Resolution

• Activities

• Chat Console
