Auto retrieve Asset Warranty Information directly from your Asset Manufacturer

New Asset Warranty Integration allows Admins to generate an API from their Asset Manufacturer (Dell) and auto sync Asset Warranty details with all relevant Dell Assets in SysAid.

Use Spaces in your preferred language

SysAid Spaces interface (screens) can now be translated into non-English languages.

Track User Satisfaction in Monitor & Fine-Tune

End Users can submit textual feedback on each AI Chatbot Answer after clicking “Thumbs up/Thumbs down”.

Admins can view the textual feedback in the Monitor and Fine-Tune drawer; in the bubble that appears when hovering over the “User Ranking” chip.
