Chat Queues List

This page contains a list of all of your chat queues. The default chat queue is Support, and it appears first in the list.

Creating and modifying chat queues
Click to create a new chat queue. Click on the row of an existing chat queue to edit it. For more information about creating and editing chat queues, please go here.
There are a number of actions you can perform on your list using the actions list. To open the actions list, select one or more list entries using the tickboxes at the left end of each row. This opens the actions list:
Delete the selected chat queues.
