Edit/New Survey Question

This page allows you to edit the questions in the survey sent to request users after a service record has been classified as “Closed”.
Editing a survey question
Please note:
When you use a customized icon-based survey, and you update the survey answers or change the number of answers, make sure that you remove the current survey and re-insert it so the updated content is reflected in the notification.
Type your survey question into the Question field.
To add an answer, type the answer into the Caption field and click Add.
To modify a survey answer, modify the caption field for an existing answer and click OK/Apply.
To delete a survey answer, check the Delete box at the right end of the row and click OK/Apply.
Check the Enabled box if you want this question to appear on your survey (Full Edition only).
Check the Display Comment box if you would like to add a text box after this question so that the end user can add free text to their answer.
Click OK/ Apply when you are done making changes to the survey question.
Setting survey answer notifications
You can mark the “Send Notification” checkbox next to certain answers to make sure the service record assignee gets a notification if they received one of those scores. This gives the assignee visibility into any possible issues around the resolution so they can check in and see why the Request User isn’t happy.
To view and edit the notification:
In SysAid Spaces
Go to Settings > Customization > Notifications
Select Notifications
Select the Survey score notification
