This page allows you to check the history of Automate Joe processes in your account. For more information, see Automate Joe.
To View the details of a process, click the process row. Once you open the process form, you can use the arrows on the top of the screen to navigate between processes.
The process form contains the following information:
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
Service Record | The SR that intitaited the process. |
Action Item | The action item that initaited the process. |
Automate Process | Name of the process with the unique process run ID and the process ID. |
Start Time | The time that the process started. |
Update Time | The time that the process was last updated. |
Parameter Mapping | Click View to open a window displaying the parameter mapping configuration that the process used. |
Process Execution Parameters | Click View to open a window displaying the parameter values that were passed to the process. |
Status | The status of the process. |
Logs/Report | Download the logs for this process. |
