My Apps

The My Apps page stores the third-party integrations that you have acquired from the Marketplace or with the assistance of your account manager. To configure the integration, click  in the app's icon on this page.

Request a new integration

SysAid is continuously adding new built-in integrations based on the needs of our customers. You can request an integration to be developed in an upcoming version of SysAid.

To request a new integration

1. In the Request Integration area, click the link.
2. In the designated fields, enter the name and version of the product and a short description of what you would like the integration to do.
3. Click Submit.
