    Connecting Twilio to The SysAid AI Agent Builder

    In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of connecting the AI Agent Builder with your Twilio account.

    Setting up the connection

    You’ll need to fill in 3 fields: Twilio Auth Token, Twilio Account SID, and Default phone number. Keep your SysAid account in one tab and open a new tab to connect to your Twilio account.

    To connect the apps:

    1. In your Twilio account, go to Phone Numbers.

    2. You’ll find all the details you need under Account Info

    3. In your SysAid account, go to Settings > AI Agents > AI Agent Builder.

    4. Search for Twilio Messaging API Connection and select it.

    5. Copy the Twilio Auth Token, Twilio Account SID, and Default phone number from Twilio and paste them into the relevant fields in the Builder.

    6. Click Test.

    7. Once you see the confirmation message, you can click Publish.

    Your Twilio account and SysAid AI Agent Builder are now connected 🎉.
