The AI Service Desk NLP KB is a capability of a chatbot used through Microsoft Teams, allowing end users, using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to describe in their own words an issue. The bot retrieves information relevant to the user’s report in the shape of Knowledge Base articles pre-submitted by the IT admin. The suggested articles and their relevance is changed according to the user’s ranking on whether the suggestion was relevant to their issue, basically training the AI for the accuracy of results. The main benefit is providing end users with a solution/troubleshooting replacing the need for submitting a ticket to IT.
