# Step 1 - Reset Password/Unlock Account

Step 1 of the Password Self Service Wizard is identical for both Reset Password and Unlock Account:

1. Enter your user name.
2. Select your domain from the list. If your company has only one domain, then the domain is preselected.
3. Click **Continue**.
4. Proceed to [step 2](/v1/docs/step-2-reset-passwordunlock-account) of the wizard.
