# Side Widgets Panel Form

The widget form is where you can enable a widget to appear in the Insights Panel and select when the widget is visible.

To enable the widget, from the Enabled drop-down list, select **Yes**.

From the Visible In drop-down list, select if the widget appears in **Always**, in **New SRs**, or **Existing SRs**.

You can limit which groups see the widget in the SR form by the specifying the groups who can access the widget in the **Visible for User Groups**	  field or by specifying the groups who CAN'T access the widget in the **Excluding User Groups field**.
