# Service Record Survey

**SysAid Basic Edition:** The Basic Edition of SysAid supports one survey question. You may edit it by clicking on it. This will take you to the [edit survey question](/v1/docs/editnew-survey-question) page.

**SysAid Full Edition:** This page shows a list of your survey questions. You can add or delete questions, and you can choose the order in which your questions appear in the survey. Questions appear in the survey in the same order as they appear in this list.

#### Creating and modifying survey questions

Click ![HelpDeskfilesNewButton35.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/52d3cb6c-cc81-43c2-b6f7-cbabcb449271/Images/Documentation/HelpDeskfilesNewButton.jpg) to create a new survey question. Click on the row of an existing survey question to edit it. For more information about creating and editing survey questions, please go [here](/v1/docs/editnew-survey-question).

#### List Actions

There are a number of actions you can perform on your list using the actions list. To open the actions list, select one or more list entries using the tickboxes at the left end of each row. This opens the actions list:

**Delete** Delete the selected survey questions.

**Export Selected to PDF** Click ![HelpDeskfiles3Dots55.png](https://cdn.document360.io/52d3cb6c-cc81-43c2-b6f7-cbabcb449271/Images/Documentation/HelpDeskfiles3Dots.png) and select this option to export the selected device policies to .pdf. You can then easily print them.

**Export Selected to Excel** Click ![HelpDeskfiles3Dots56.png](https://cdn.document360.io/52d3cb6c-cc81-43c2-b6f7-cbabcb449271/Images/Documentation/HelpDeskfiles3Dots.png) and select this option to export the selected device policies to .csv. You can then print them, or use the data for further calculations.

**Move the questions up** Moves the selected survey question up the list by one row. Only one survey question can be selected at a time when using this action.

**Move the questions down** Moves the selected survey question down the list by one row. Only one survey question can be selected at a time when using this action.
