This month’s new features include exciting improvements to SysAid Copilot and Spaces.

## ✨SysAid Copilot

#### Congifuring dataset permissions

AI Admins can configure which Chatbots will have access to the content stored in a dataset.

This allows for a personalized experience when interacting with the AI Chatbots.

## 🚀SysAid Spaces

#### Additional custom fields are available in Spaces

The following custom fields can be added to Actions Items in Spaces:

- Custom Int fields
- Custom Float fields
- Custom Text-Area fields
- Custom Relational-List fields

## 🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed and the related features are working correctly:

- Email bot answers do not appear in the messages section
- Answers provided by the bot contained repetitive words
- Changing the icon of the bot doesn't change it for the chat responses
- The title and description from the template cannot be removed or changed from the SSP submission form
- Zapier can't create tickets in SysAid Spaces
- RDS List is stuck if you try to sort by "Publish Configuration"
