## ✨SysAid Copilot

#### Intelligent service record asset management

When looking at a service record, agents can ask the chatbot to provide information about the main asset.

#### Image Analysis via the AI Emailbot

End users can leverage Image Analysis to get relevant responses based on a screenshot or image, eliminating the need to describe the issue in detail.

## 🚀SysAid Spaces

#### Define list dependencies

You can now create a relational list that dynamically shows different values based on the value in the service record you’re viewing.

These are dynamic lists where the available values are based on the selection of a value from a different list.

#### Additional custom fields are available in Spaces

The following custom fields can be added to Actions Items in Spaces:

- Multi-select fields
- Date select fields
- Date & time select fields
- Multi-select Relational list

#### New available asset type

The “Firewall” asset type has been added to the readily available asset types and CI sub types.

## 🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed and the related features are working correctly:

- Bug #8031: Can't open notification when the user is "undefined"
- Bug #8242: AI Author doesn’t work with pasted text
