# September 10, 2025

This release introduces new capabilities to help your teams work smarter and more efficiently. From managing software spend with the new License Manager, to keeping service records on track with Dynamic Due Dates, and getting instant product answers from the SysAid Documentation Assistant. We’ve also included a range of bug fixes to further improve stability and performance.

#### Dynamic due dates [Beta]

Keep service records on schedule with due dates that automatically roll forward or pause when needed, ensuring timelines adapt to real-world changes.

## 🤓 Feature enhancements

#### New AI agent

The new “SysAid Documentation Assistant” AI agent provides agents with instant answers about SysAid directly within the Agent chatbot. This AI-powered assistant searches the Documentation site and delivers relevant results directly in the chat.
