# Main

Welcome to SysAid's Password Services module!

Please go [here](/v1/docs/password-services-guide) for our full Password Services guide.

> [!CAUTION]
> Important
>
> We highly recommend resetting your password using the **MFA via SMS** method and not the **Security Questions** method [Click here to learn more](https://documentation.sysaid.com/classic/docs/mfa)

This page allows you to enable or disable the [Unlock Account wizard](/v1/docs/reset-password-unlock-account-step-1) and the [Reset Password wizard](/v1/docs/reset-password-unlock-account-step-1). These two wizards are accessed by your end users from the Self-Service Portal.

This page also contains html code that allows you to embed the Password Self Service icon in your website. A user who clicks on the Password Self Service icon will be taken to the Password Self Service Wizards so that they can unlock their account or reset their password. You may change the icon under **Settings > Password Services > General.**

Make sure to click **Save** after making changes.

Note: When you click **Save**, SysAid checks all of your LDAP configurations and will inform you if there are any problems accessing your LDAP(s).
