#### Configure the AI Insights email

SysAid Copilot's AI Insights report offers detailed performance analysis with auto-generated weekly summaries, forecasts, and recommendations based on industry benchmarks.

Now your agents can configure, customize, and share their AI Insights email.

## 🚀SysAid Spaces

#### Additional custom fields are available in Spaces

The following custom fields can be added to Service Records in Spaces:

- List - Multi-Select
- Relational List - Multi-Select

All existing Service Record custom fields and Workflows custom fields are officially supported in Spaces 🎉.

## 🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed and the related features are working correctly:

- Bug # 7962: SysAid Chatbot service catalog reverted to SysAid default
- Bug #7972: When the attachments field is set as required, completing an Action Item requires adding another file
- Bug #8407: Routing rules override manually selected fields when submitting a request
