#### Convert Incident <> Request service records

Convert a service record from Incident to Request and vice versa, directly from your Spaces interface.

You can now attach documents, screenshots, and images directly to Action Items within Workflows.

## 🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed and the related features are working correctly:

- Bug #1464: Azure sync doesn't get all of the users assigned to their groups
- Bug #5294: AI statuses should appear only for accounts with AI License
- Bug #8052: Requests logged via SSP have the request user set as the process manager
- Bug # 8203: When Creating a notification for Action owners ($Assigned_to_sub), the custom field value doesn't get saved in the first time
- Bug #8210: Email rules do not trigger category changes
- Bug #8434: The due dates are still running even after closing the ticket
