# My Calendar

The SysAid Calendar brings all your time-relevant information together in one place: service record due dates, service record activities, software expiration dates, and any events you create manually. It can also sync with Outlook or Google Calendar, so due dates and activities show up in the calendar your team already uses.

### Setting up and using your calendar

1. **Sync with Microsoft or Google (optional)**: Connect SysAid to Outlook or Google Calendar so due dates, activities, and SysAid events show up there too. See [Syncing the SysAid Calendar with Microsoft or Google](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/calendar-sync).
2. **Configure your calendar settings**: Once sync is set up, turn it on for your own account and choose which item types export. See [Configuring My Calendar Settings](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/my-calendar-settings).
