These improvements include effective improvements to Classic Service Desk and SysAid Copilot.

### Bug Fixes

- Resolved a bug that was causing Service Record hyperlinks in [Notification Emails](https://documentation.sysaid.com/classic/docs/en/edit-monitoring-notifications?highlight=email%20inte) to fail when End Users would attempt to click and open in the Self-Service Portal
- Resolved a bug that was causing [LDAP Syncs](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/ldap-form-general-tab?highlight=ldap%20sync) to result in user data changing to “null”
- Resolved a bug that was causing [AI Escalation Rule](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/ai-intelligent-categorization-rule?highlight=ai%20escalation) changes to display “Internal Error” in the Settings > Escalation Rule page
- [AI Insights](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/ai-insights?highlight=ai%20insights) emails are now being sent to subscribers as expected
- Resolved a bug that was preventing the Q&A Set entries from resetting (updating record count) when navigating between pages in [Monitor & Fine-tune](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/monitor-ft?highlight=monitor) (different Q&A Set Verification Status filter)
- Resolved a bug that was preventing the “Complete” Status from being triggered if the [Action Item](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/fulfill-action-items?highlight=action%20item%20status) underwent two previous Status changes
- Resolved a bug that was causing a partial error message (“Some file uploads were blocked for security reasons!") when [uploading Attachments to a CI](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/asset-form?highlight=ci%20attachments)
- Resolved a bug that was preventing Service Records created using the [Email Integration](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/email-integration-list) from displaying a Due Date
- Resolved a bug that was causing [CI sub type](https://documentation.sysaid.com/docs/ci-sub-types) icon images to display as broken images
