## 🐛Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed, and the related features are working correctly:

- Bug # 4915: Translation to Portuguese (Brazil) causing some places in SysAid to use unconventional characters
- Bug # 9083: Agents with limited permissions encounter errors when creating service records in the Self-Service Portal and cannot create records in the Admin Portal
- Bug # 9113: Can not change categories for some of the tickets and create new tickets in Spaces
- Bug # 9684: Changes by a 2nd Admin save without warning when updating the same servicer record in hybrid view
- Bug # 9933: MSTeams Access Token errors
- Bug # 9899: Unable to view the Escalation Rule notification in Journey
