# Product Updates

This month’s new features include exciting improvements to both Cloud ([Spaces](/classic/docs/jan-2024#spaces)) and [SysAid Copilot](/classic/docs/jan-2024#sysaid-copilot).

## Spaces

User Journey and navigation improvements in Spaces, including:

- Spaces Sidebar remains visible when user navigates to screens using Classic UI
- Clicking a link in Spaces now opens its page in the same tab
- Queue navigation uses pagination instead of infinite scroll – to improve loading performance and user experience

## SysAid Copilot

### [Grant AI Admin Permissions](/classic/docs/configure-sysaid-copilot)

SysAdmins can grant full control over SysAid Copilot features (known as “AI admin”) to Admins who are not SysAdmins.

AI Admins can assist with the AI Chatbot Settings (General, Data Pool, and Monitor & Fine-tune, and AI Usage Dashboard).

### [Use 1-Click Submission to generate Service Records built with your Request Template](/classic/docs/ai-chatbot)

The AI Chatbot can now generate Service Records built with the organization’s Request Templates when user clicks “Create a Service Record” inside a Chat thread.
