🤓 Feature enhancements

Upgraded Monitor & Fine-tune page

The enhanced Monitor & Fine-Tune screen gives AI admins an immediate, actionable view of what needs attention. The new Flagged and Guardrails Violations views surface low-quality responses and out-of-scope or restricted queries, making it easy to pinpoint gaps in the chatbot’s data pool and refine guardrails.
