# End User Access to the AI Chatbot

Add the AI Chatbot Service Catalog Item to your End Users’ Self-Service Portal to make sure their AI Chatbot is easily accessible each time they log in.

End Users access the AI Chatbot when Admins grant them permission (AI Chatbot visibility) via the Self-Service Portal Settings.

Enabling this permission requires the AI Admin to grant its organization’s End User(s) with “Visibility” to the Self-Service Portal’s AI Chatbot Service Catalog Item.

To configure the Visibility permission, navigate to the Admin Portal Settings > Self-Service Portal > Service Catalog Item > AI Chatbot > Visibility, and specify the User Groups and Organizations to include.
