End User access to AI Chatbot

Add the AI Chatbot Service Catalog Item to your End Users’ Self-Service Portal, to make sure their AI Chatbot is easily accessible each time they log in.



Requirements

  • SysAid Copilot license

  • AI Admin permissions

End Users access the AI Chatbot when Admins grant them permission (AI Chatbot visibility) via the Self-Service Portal Settings.

Enabling this permission requires the AI Admin to grant its organization’s End User(s) with “Visibility” to the Self-Service Portal’s AI Chatbot Service Catalog Item.

To configure the Visibility permission, navigate to the Admin Portal Settings > Self-Service Portal > Service Catalog Item > AI Chatbot > Visibility, and specify the User Groups and Organizations to include.
