This month’s new features include exciting improvements to Cloud, Spaces, and SysAid Copilot.

## Cloud

### [Auto retrieve Asset Warranty Information directly from your Asset Manufacturer](/classic/docs/dell-asset-warranty)

New Asset Warranty Integration allows Admins to generate an API from their Asset Manufacturer (Dell) and auto sync Asset Warranty details with all relevant Dell Assets in SysAid.

### [Track User Satisfaction in Monitor & Fine-Tune](/classic/docs/monitor-ft)

End Users can submit textual feedback on each AI Chatbot Answer after clicking “Thumbs up/Thumbs down”.

Admins can view the textual feedback in the Monitor and Fine-Tune drawer; in the bubble that appears when hovering over the “User Ranking” chip.
