# Connecting Microsoft License Management to the SysAid AI Agent Builder

The SysAid AI Agent Builder seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office 365, giving you powerful new ways to manage user licenses.

Once connected, you can use AI Agents to retrieve, assign, and remove Office 365 licenses directly from within SysAid. You can get started with built-in capabilities or create custom AI Agents to automate and streamline your Office 365 license management.

In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of connecting the AI Agent Builder with Microsoft Office 365.

## Setting up the connection

Follow these steps to set up and connect your SysAid AI Agent Builder with Microsoft Office 365.

#### **Step 1: Open the Microsoft Entra ID Graph API AI Connection**

1. In your SysAid account, go to **Settings** > **SysAid** **AI Agents**> **AI Agents Builder**.
2. Search and select the**Microsoft License Management AP**I in the menu to the left.
3. You’ll see 3 fields to fill in: **Tenant ID**, **Client ID**, and **Client Secret**.

We’ll walk you through finding these details and adding them to the AI Agent Builder to connect it to the Microsoft Graph API.

Keep your SysAid account open in one tab and open a new tab to connect to your [Azure portal](https://portal.azure.com/).

#### **Step 2: Add the Tenant ID**

1. Log in to [Azure](https://portal.azure.com/) and navigate to **Azure Services**.
2. Select **Microsoft Entra ID**.
3. In the **Overview** section, copy the **Tenant ID**.
4. Back in SysAid, paste the copied ID into the **Tenant ID** field within the AI Connection.
