Requirements
SysAid Copilot License
SysAdmin or AI Admin permissions
Enable SysAid Copilot
To enable SysAid Copilot in the Service Desk (Settings), follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Service Desk > General
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page, and check off “Enable SysAid Copilot”.
This enables SysAid Copilot and its Admin features.
To enable the AI Emailbot, check off the “Enable AI Emailbot”.
Grant AI Admin Permissions
SysAdmins can grant full control over SysAid Copilot features to Admins (who are not SysAdmins).
This permission grants the selected Admin the ability to assist with the SysAid Copilot AI configurations available under the AI Chatbot Settings; General, Data Pool, and Monitor & Fine-tune and AI Usage Dashboard.
To grant AI Admin permissions to an Admin, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Tools > User Management > Administrators
Step 2: Click on the Admin you'd like to grant AI Admin permissions to.
Step 4: Check off the “AI Admin” checkbox at the bottom of the page and click “OK”
