# Configuration Items List

Here you can view and search through all of the CIs in your CMDB.

**Creating and modifying CIs**

Click ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/52d3cb6c-cc81-43c2-b6f7-cbabcb449271/Images/Documentation/image%2856%29.png) to create a new CI. Click on the row of an existing CI to edit it. For more information about editing CIs, please go [here](/v1/docs/edit-ci-properties).

**List Actions**

There are a number of actions you can perform on your list using the actions list. To open the actions list, select one or more list entries using the tickboxes at the left end of each row. This opens the actions list:

**Delete** Delete the selected CIs.

**Print** Export the selected CIs to .pdf. You can then easily print them.

**Export** Export the selected CIs to CSV. You can then print them, or use the data for further calculations.

**Status** Using the drop-down list, choose a desired status for the selected CIs and then click **Set**. The status will be updated for all selected CIs.

**Predefined list view**

The CI list includes the **SelectCIs** view. This predefined view controls the advanced search screen that appears when selecting CIs in places such as the service record form (Main CI).
