The Bomgar integration allows you to initiate a Bomgar Remote Control session with your end users from any incident or asset record.
Bomgar's remote support solution enables you to remotely access and fix nearly any device, running any platform, located anywhere in the world. You can control multiple systems, chat with multiple end-users, and collaborate with others to fix problems faster.
