- Resolved a bug that was causing AI Author’s step-by-step option to suggest solutions instead of reformatting user input into sequential steps
- Resolved a bug that was causing AI Chatbot-created Service Records to be created without a Confirmation Message
- Resolved a bug that was causing AI Emailbot to send responses whose Quality Score (in Monitor & Fine-tune) is low
- Resolved a bug that was allowing the AI Escalation Rule to change Service Records to Requests, despite the account license not having Change Management module
