# August 11, 2025

This month’s release brings new options for connecting SysAid with other tools, including a beta integrations experience and improved Jira syncing. We’ve also added a new Database API endpoint to make it easier to automate data exports. Together, these updates aim to simplify processes and help teams stay aligned.

We’re introducing a new integrations experience powered by **Workato**, enabling you to connect SysAid with a wide range of applications and automate workflows with ease. This feature is currently in beta, so functionality and availability may change as we gather feedback.
