#### SysAid AI for Teams Displays Knowledge Base Articles with Rich Text Formatting & Images

SysAid For Teams now displays images, tables and rich text properties of the original article.

Note

- Article view in iOS is not yet supported.
- Images added to the article are only displayed if embedded.
- Large images & tables can result in horizontal scrolling
- If your [Knowledge Base article](/v1/docs/edit-knowledge-base-article) has non secure URLs (http), we recommend changing them to secured URLs (https), to avoid needing to define them as 'Open in new tab" in Settings.

#### Important Note: Updated App Permissions in SysAid for Teams

Periodically, features are added to [SysAid for Teams](/v1/docs/use-ai-service-desk) that require updated permissions; these can be accepted by each individual user or by the Azure Admin on behalf of all users.

NoteThe best practice is for the Azure Admin to accept on behalf of all the users;
