# Workflow Notifications

This page allows you to create notifications for the action items in change requests and problems. For information on sending these notifications, please see the **Action item attributes** section in [Edit Change Template](/v1/docs/edit-change-template).

Use the [list icons](/v1/docs/list-icons) to create or delete notifications, and click on an existing notification to edit it.
