# Solution Model

This  SR form field, displays links to Solution Models, in the form of Knowledge Base articles, related to the SR. This enables admins to access step-by-step solutions to resolve the SR. This field displays any article that is linked to the SR or any of the following entities related to the SR: 
 
  * Template 
  * Main CI  
  * Main asset 
  * Request user 
  * Company 
  * SLA 
  * Main project  
  * Main task

Clicking on the link opens the solution model in a new window in Read Only mode.
