# Bomgar

The Bomgar integration allows you to initiate a Bomgar Remote Control session with your end users from any incident or asset record.

Bomgar's remote support solution enables you to remotely access and fix nearly any device, running any platform, located anywhere in the world. You can control [multiple systems](http://www.bomgar.com/products/features/screen-sharing#control-multiple-remote-computers-at-once), [chat](http://www.bomgar.com/products/features/chat-support) with multiple end-users, and [collaborate](http://www.bomgar.com/products/features/transfer-escalation) with others to fix problems faster.

Admins attempting to use this integration must have the Bomgar Representative Console (version 14.2 or higher) installed on their device and they must be running SysAid version 15.2.01 or higher.

Note

Only an admin with [SysAid Administrator permissions](/v1/docs/edit-administrator#SysAidAdmin) can set up this integration and the integration must be setup by each admin who wants to use it.
